Whilst we developed these little packs as hand warmers, they can be kept in the freezer to provide cooling relief in high temperatures. Use on your body, or in your bed.. or as mini cool packs for your lunch box.
Our little hand warmers are the perfect size to fit in your pockets during these chilly days.

Heat the inner bag in the micro wave in 20 second bursts, until the required temperature is achieved. Then simply put back inside the cover and pop into your pockets. They keep the heat for approximately 30 minutes.
You can also pop in the freezer and use as a cold compress.
